During the end of July and beginning of August, the usually sounds of happy children and dribbling basketballs were replaced with the sound of breaking asphalt and the rumble of heavy machinery.
Over the span of a two week period, the old parking lot and courts were demolished, leveled out, and repaved. In addition the basketball and volleyball courts received a non-skid coating which will help our athletes during practice and games.
With school right around the corner, we are excited to welcome students back to enjoy these new play areas and to feel more comfortable at their St. Mary Magdalen home.
