On the morning of Saturday, August 8 there was a buzz on campus and flurries of activity everywhere as new and returning parents and students gave up their morning to help make sure the St. Mary Magdalen School campus was ready for the first day of school in just a few days.
Projects included scrubbing all the chairs from the hall, washing out the middle school lockers, power washing all the lunch tables, building canopies for our new TK lunch tables and new TK play area, and building a shed for the new TK trikes and sand box toys.
More important than all the work that was completed was the opportunity for everyone to come together after the summer months away and work as one family to prepare this space our students will call home for the next nine months.
On behalf of our faculty, staff, and students, thank you to everyone who made this special day a huge success!
